The recipe is simple
It is necessary to take 5 table spoons pine needles, 1 table spoon hips and 1table spoon onion peel. Pour this mix with 1 l water and boil within 5 minutes. Then wrap broth in something warm and leave for a night. In the morning filter a mix to and add water, to receive 1 l of drink in result. Tea diet?

Morning tea: 10 g sage, calendula, lavender, field horsetail, blackberry and John’s-wood, 25 g yarrow and thyme.
Evening tea: 10 g calendula, 15 g field horsetail, yarrow and John’s-wood, 25 g thyme, 45 g lime flowers.
To make tea, put 1 table spoon of a mix in a boiled water cup, and brew for 10 minutes. Drink a cup without sugar. Besides, such infusions wash away slags well, morning tea tones up perfectly, and evening one, on the contrary, promotes relaxation and rest.
If to speak about tea diet, then for preventive maintenance of any diseases doctors recommend fasting “tea days” (1-2 times a month). Within a day it is necessary to drink a cup of warm rather weak green tea (white tea and Oolong are also good) without a thingeach every 3—4 hours (excepting sleeping, certainly). During such “tea days” it is recommended to move more, but it is not necessary to be overstrained. Slags are deduced remarkably!
Cleaning vessels
If you feel it would be advisable to clean vessels, it is necessary to prepare an infusion from 2 table spoons ground valerian root, 1 glass dill seeds and 2 glasses natural honey. Place a mix in a two-litre thermos, add boiled water up to the top and brew during 24 hours. Drink 1 table spoon infusion 30 minutes before a meal 3 times a day.
Cleaning joints and backbone
Bay leaf will help you cleaning joints and backbone from salts. Pour 5 g bay leaf with 300 ml water, boil during 5 minutes, and then brew in a thermos for 3—4 hours. After that filter a liquid and drink with small gulps during 12 hours. It is necessary to drink an infusion during 3 days. In a week it is possible to repeat cleaning. These days it is recommended to adhere to a vegetarian diet. During the first year this course should be executed once in a quarter, and further - once a year.
Tea + minimum meal = high-grade food
This is possible due to a unique combination of considerable quantity of fibers, vitamins and microcells in tea. According to American scientists, a cup of green tea contains 0 calories; but even during compelled long (till 5—8 days) tea diet a feeling of hunger does not arise, working capacity remains normal, weightloss is slowed down.
