What do you notice firstly, when you get acquainted with somebody, meet an old friend or watch your favorite actress on TV? Of course, face. We learn people from top to bottom, and face plays the main role in the impression a person creates on us. Delicate face lessens several kilograms in other people’s eyes, and full adds them. There’re no diets that would affect only one part of body. But, if you follow certain rules, your face will grow thin firstly. Double chin will disappear, skin will look more clean and healthy. Step 1.
Drink no less than 2 liters of water a day
If you drink too little, your organism changes to economy effort and tries to save as much precious moisture as possible. As a result, moisture is “deposited” and causes edema of face, hands, feet. If you drink enough, excess liquid is taken out of organism. Mineral water without gas or green tea are most health-giving. Of course, coffee, diet cola and juices also provide organism with liquid, but these drinks contain rather many calories.

Step 2.
Eat fresh fruits and vegetables no less than 3 times a day
Fruits and vegetables contain much liquid. Moreover, they are rich in cellulose. And if you eat an apple or carrot salad between lunch and dinner, you’ll be full, and this means you won’t need any pastry. Put a plate with fruits on your working table instead of packet with cakes. And you shouldn’t think that you can gain weight eating fruits, as they contain much sugar. There’s much more sugar in desserts. And frankly speaking: have you ever seen a woman that gained weight eating oranges?

Step 3.
Quit alcohol drinking

Any tipple - wine, beer or exclusive cognac - dehydrates organism. And lack of moisture, as we already know, leads to edema. Not to mention that alcohol is one of the most high-calorie product in the world.

Step 4.
Take more calcium, than you usually do
If your organism receives no less than 1,2 milligrams of calcium every day, you’ll grow think quicker. For this you need to drink 3 glasses of milk every day or eat 800 g of curd. Fish is also rich in calcium. Treat yourself with tinned sardines or bony salmon, and you’ll receive a necessary dose of calcium. And you can also combine pleasant with useful: almond, peanut and dried fruits also contain calcium. Moreover, enough quantity of calcium relieves premenstrual pains.
Eat more dairy produce. And you shouldn’t choose non-fat products at all: adipose in wise amount is necessary to your organism. Daily need of fats is 90 g, including vegetable ones - no less than 25 g.

Step 5.
Leave out 250 calories and burn 250 calories a day
You need to burn 3500 calories on average to grow thin 0,5 kg. Try to get rid of 500 calories a day, and very soon you’ll notice changes - firstly in your face, then in figure. Let’s divide these 50 calories in two: you need to burn 250 doing physical exercises and cut from your menu 250 calories a day. You can burn 250 calories during 30-minute walk at a quick pace or intensive 20-minute exercising. And you can leave out 250 calories from your menu owing to desserts. Replace ice-cream by frozen yoghurt, chocolate pie - by low-cal pudding, sweets and cakes - by dried fruits.

Step 6.
Less salt
The more salt you take, the higher is chance to receive edema. Prepared food contains most salt and preservatives. And there’s an opinion that soy sauce is much better for your health, than usual salt, but in fact, it causes the same edema, as table salt. Besides prepared food, avoid: all salty dishes of eastern cuisine, tinned soups and vegetables, canned fish and meat, chips, salty nuts, smoked food. Remember, that when you stop taking salt, you help to normalize higher blood pressure.

Step 7.
Weight-lifting exercises
If you lose weight only due to a diet, your skin becomes flabby and sagged inevitably. So you need to combine diet and weight-lifting exercises. This way you’ll keep your muscles toned, and the more muscles you have, the more calories you burn while exercising. Stretch your lips as much as you can, tense muscles at most and pronounce sounds A, U, I.
Open your mouth widely and furl your tongue as much as you can.
Sit straight at the mirror. Draw your cheeks, then swell them. Firstly one, then another.
Smile with one half of your mouth, pulling down and raising a little a corner of your mouth. Do the same with other half.
This exercise is useful if your cheeks are full.
Sit straight, look at the ceiling, stretching out your neck. Turn your head so that you could look at the ceiling above your right shoulder. Turn your head forward, pull your chin down to a right shoulder.
Do the same exercise to other side.
