The French salad of beauty
1 table spoon oat flakes,
3 table spoons boiled water,
1 apple (green is better),
1 tea spoon honey,
1 table spoon cream or 2 table spoons milk,
Juice of half lemon (it is possible to replace it with any sour juice),
1 table spoon crushed walnuts, a pinch of cinnamon.Oaten flakes with marrows
50 g oaten flakes, 250 g vegetable marrows, 3-4 stalks of green onions, 3-4 stalks of garlic, 200 g curdled milk, 1 tea spoon honey, fennel. Peel off vegetable marrows and to cut them in small cubes. Peel off onions and garlic and chop small. Curdled milk is good for shaking up and mixing with honey and crushed greens of fennel. Add oaten flakes presoaked in water to a dawn. Mix everything again and serve up immediately.
