Lowing weight is stylishly, losing weight quickly is comfortable. The main is doing this the right way. Losing weight quickly is not so difficult as it may seem.

There are many different ways. Buckwheat and kefir diets are ones of the most efficient.

Buckwheat diet is very easy-to-use, requires no financial expenses and provides feeling of satiety. This buckwheat diet normalizes weight and is ideal for cases, when you gained 5-10 excess kilograms during winter or long holidays.

You can lose 4-10 kg for 1-2 weeks. Weight loss is especially active during first days, when organism is getting rid of excess liquid: from 0,5 to 1 kg per 24 hours. Then the process slows down a little, but overweight keeps on disappearing.

You can repeat buckwheat diet in a month, but result won’t be so obvious. However, stability is guaranteed – you will not gain kilograms lost during buckwheat diet for a long.

To achieve the best result from buckwheat diet, you should use unprocessed buckwheat. It should be cooked correctly, then it will keep all health-giving effects. Do not boil buckwheat – just pour it with fiercely boiling water and leave for a night. You cannot use any spices and seasonings, as they will hinder water withdrawal from organism, however, you also can pour buckwheat with 1% kefir.

You should not misuse buckwheat diet, like any other one. The matter is your food allowance is limited with buckwheat and kefir, and such limitation deprives organism of many vitally important substances.

Kefir diet is counted for 7 days. During this week you need taking food 6 times a day in certain breaks. You can drink no more than 0,5 l boiled water for a day. However, in the morning you can drink a cup of sugar-free coffee.

Before each meal you should drink 50 g herbaceous extract. Brew extract in the morning, its ingredients are St.-John’s wort, chamomile and calendula (200 ml boiling water for a bag of each herb).

Stick to this menu strictly:

1st day – 400 g baked potato without salt and 500 g 1% kefir

2nd day – 400 non-fat cotton cheese and 500 g 1% kefir

3rd day – 400 g fruits (any, excepting banana and grapes) and 500 g 1% kefir

4th day – 400 g boiled chicken fillet without salt and 500 g 1% kefir

5th day – 400 g fruits and 500 g 1% kefir

6th day – 1,5 l non-aerated mineral water

7th day – 400 g fruits and 500 g 1% kefir

After you finish kefir diet, during first week you need to eat in your usual regimen, but it is better restricting yourself in fat, sweet, farinaceous and spicy foods. This is necessary to fix the achieved result.

Regular courses of kefir diet can provide you 8-10 kg weight loss. In comparison with other diets, this index is not high, that is why the process of weight loss due to kefir cannot be called impetuous. However, overweight probably will not return to you. But the main thing is that kefir diets make no harm to your health.
