Hygiene
CARE of your breast should be as constant and regular, as care of your face is. First of all, you should pay attention to hygiene: don’t wash your breast with unknown remedies. Massage

Massage with a stream of water

Saline baths
SALINE BATHS will effect your breast excellently. Dissolve sea salt in water in proportions 100 g on 1 liter of water. Take saline bath once a week during 15 minutes, and you’ll surely notice positive effect: skin will become elastic and fresh.

Exercises

Try to unite your elbows behind the back, then pull your arms down. Repeat several times.

A tight bra is not only uncomfortable, but also can bring serious harm to your breast. So it’s very important to choose an appropriate size for you. First of all, bra is necessary for full breast, otherwise skin may become stretched. Many owners of small breast prefer not to wear bra. From medical point of view, there’re no any objections to this, however, while doing some kinds of sport, requiring sharp movements (riding, running, tennis, aerobics), bra is quite desirable. If your breast began losing softness and resiliency, contrasting compresses will help it. Add some salt into warm water, and add wine vinegar or lemon juice into cold water. Start with a warm compress - moisten a towel in salted water, squeeze out a little. Put it on breast for 30 seconds, starting from below. Then go to acidulous water and put a towel on your breast for a minute. Repeat this 10 times. Finish the procedure with a cold compress.
If you see the first wrinkles on your breast, make a special potato mask. Wrinkle a half of boiled potato with a fork, add a tea-spoon of honey, a tea-spoon of cream and 50 g of oil. Apply the mask on skin and leave for 20 minutes. Such mask smoothes wrinkles out and makes skin soft. You should apply this mask although once a week.
If you’re preparing to give birth to a baby, you should prepare your breast to nursing a month before delivery. You need to put a tough clean fabric in the places where your bra adjoins your nipples, so that your nipples will become callous. Otherwise, very painful cracks may appear on nipples after first courses of nursing. Try to keep your nipples dry and clean always, this will prevent their inflammation.
