Second day: soup and any quantity of raw vegetables, excepting haricot, pea and corn. For lunch you can eat one baked potato with a piece of butter. No fruits this day!
Third day: any quantity of soup, any vegetables and fruits.
Soup recipe. 6 carrots, 2 green peppers, a head of cabbage, a bunch of celery, a big bunch of spring onions, a half-liter bank of peeled tomatoes, 2 banks of green peas (250 g each), 2 bricks of chicken or beef broth, salt, pepper, parsley - to your taste.
Cut peeled vegetables small, put in a big pan with bricks and pour 1/3 with water. Bring to the boil and simmer for 10 minutes. Add boiling water during cooking, then slacken the fire and stew vegetables until they become soft.
