American dietician developed a diet and tested it on himself successfully. He managed to lose 22 kg eating absolutely everything!
 
His diet is called “intuitive nutrition” and includes only one rule: eat only when you feel hunger. Never eat “for company” or through habit at some certain time during a day.
 
And another little nuance: eat only what you want at this moment. “One of advantages of intuitive nutrition is that you always eat foods you really like. If you have a physical need to eat, you accept it, and your wish to eat comes nought. If I would restrict myself, it would be much more difficult for me to control myself”, dietician explained.
 

In 1989 dietician weighed more than 100 kg. He tried enormous quantity of different diets - grew thin for a certain period of time, and then gained weight again headily. Finally, several years ago he decided to invent something new and changed his life style. Now he eats everything he wants - even chips, chocolate and hamburgers - but only when he is really hungry. He managed to lose 22 kg during a year.
