Some people have genetic predisposition to magnanimity and liberality, Israeli researchers state.
203 people took part in online tests, where volunteers were offered to give money without indemnity or keep them.

Genetic examination showed that people having a certain variety of AVPR1a gene gave on average 50% more money, than rest people.

The research leader explained: “This experiment showed that there is a direct dependence between DNA mixture and human altruism”.

AVPR1a gene directs arginine-vasopressin hormone, which affect brain cells. Vasopressin is responsible for human social activity. Scientists discovered that the longer ) AVPR1a promoter (a part of gene, determining its activity) is, the more generous a person is.
