Glamour - is one of main winter leather trends. This can be seen almost in everything. This season’s fashion shows no aggression at all. So, it’s not surprising that designers tried to soften leather aggression to the maximum.

This is achieved by different ways. For example, many clothes are just processed “a la crocodile“, as such leather has been considered the most expensive and respectable at all times. So now we have even crocodile coats (Herm??s, Versace, Burberry), and Celine also offers “crocodile” texture in most unexpected tones.

However, this season offers not only “crocodile” leather or some other reptile. There’s an interesting innovation - quilted leather (Anna Sui), which is good both for coats and business jackets.
 
 

Designers quote the eighties with pleasure, using patent leather in jackets, coats and even catsuits, what makes them look like cinema astronauts’ uniform (Max Mara). Winter 2007/2008 collections also offer clothes made of artificially aged leather (Fendi suits) or with metalized surface a la gold and silver (Roberto Cavalli jackets).

Of course, leather jackets are still most popular models of this season, however, various leather suits take second place. There are more extreme variants among them - trouser suits. Or short volumetric balloon dresses with romantic frills or bows. But soft color leather dresses without sleeves, quite good both for office and party, are the most wonderful variant.
 
 

And the last thing you should know about this season’s winter leather. Don’t restrict yourself only to black or brown leather. This winter such material can be of various colors - flesh-colored, scarlet, terracotta, lilac, orange, yellow and green.
