Dita Von Teese and estranged husband Marilyn Manson are reportedly fighting over custody of their cats.

The burlesque dancer and the shock rocker - who are getting divorced after just one year of marriage - are both keen to keep their feline pets, Lily and Aleister.

The couple also have two dachshund dogs, Greta and Eva.

A source told the New York Post newspaper: “They are fighting over custody of the cats - not so much the dogs.”

Dita - who filed for divorce from Manson, real name Brian Warner, last Friday (05.01.07) citing “irreconcilable differences” - took all the animals with her when she moved out of their marital home before Christmas.

Earlier this week, it was alleged that Dita decided to leave Manson after growing tired of his constant partying and friendship with actress Lindsay Lohan.
 
A source said: “She just had enough of his wild partying. Lindsay Lohan was ringing up the house wanting to come round and party with him. The phone would go all through the night, with people constantly turning up to hang out.”

Dita and Manson dated for seven years before tying the knot on December 3 2005 in a gothic-style ceremony in Ireland.
