New Year celebrations, is not the right size already! And the holiday is approaching us inevitability. But you still have a couple of days in stock. A dress will fit you well, if you keep to a fast diet.
Of course, it is not good. Yes, everybody knows it: what left you quickly will return soon, and even in bigger quantity. But you really want to look your best on December 31. So, let’s allow ourselves keeping to a fast diet. But under one condition - next year we will strive to keep gained result!
Kefir diet
1st day. You can eat 5 boiled potatoes and 1,5 liter non-fat kefir.
2nd day. 100 g boiled chicken and again 100 l kefir.
3rd day. 100 g boiled meat (beef) plus 1,5 l same sour milk product.
4th day. 100 g boiled fish with traditional kefir.
5th day. Fruits and vegetables + 1,5 l kefir
6th day. Only kefir.
7th day. Only mineral water.
Remember that all other products should disappear from your table, salt and sugar too. However, this is very good for alimentary canal. And the result will definitely make you glad.
Result: minus 5 kg
Semi-fluid diet
The name says everything. Besides below mentioned products you can drink only warm boiled water.
1st day. 1,5 l milk
2nd day. 1,5 l curdled milk
3rd day. 6 hard-boiled eggs
4th day. 400 g boiled beef
5th day. 600 g vegetables
6th day 1,5 kg fruits
It’s not difficult keeping to such diet; however, it’s not easy to keep the result, after you return to your usual diet.
Result: you lose from 3 to 6 kg.
Merry diet
1 day menu:
10.00 Sugar-free coffee with processed cheese.
12.00 A big tomato, boiled egg and green.
14.00 A big apple.
16.00 200 g non-fat cotton cheese plus cucumber and green.
20.00 A glass of good white wine (to cheer you up).
Result: minus 4-5 kg.
Kempner diet
Everyday menu consists only of two components: compote and rice.
- Cook boiled rice (50g) on water without salt and sugar.
- Boil compote from 1,5 kg of fresh fruits or 240 g of dried ones. Quantity of liquid - 1,5 l, sugar - 100 g.
Drink 1 glass of compote 6 times per day, eat rice in two meals (morning and evening).
Result: 4 days later we lose 2-3 kg.
Model diet
They say scrawny models invented this diet. Anyway, the result is model.
Breakfast. Soft-boiled egg.
Lunch. 175 g non-fat cotton cheese and a glass of tea.
Afternoon snack. Same food.
There should be 3 hour intervals between meals. Of course, salt and sugar are prohibited.
Result: this diet helps to lose from 3 to 5 kg.
Improvised diet.
Drink senna or rhubarb broth before going to bed. Or take a laxative. During following two days you should eat according to one of schedules:
Kefir variant. Drink only kefir during 48 hours (6-8 glasses per day).
Vegetable variant. Eat 1,5 kg raw or stewed (without oil) vegetables per day. Such diet is contra-indicated for people suffering from kidney or liver diseases!
Rice variant. Eat 250 g boiled rice without butter and salt and 2-3 tomatoes during 2 days.
Potato variant. Eat only potato, boiled in jackets without salt or pounded with small quantity of oil.
Result: minus 1-2 kg.
Reducing diet
Pour 2 table spoons grainy tea in thermos and pour with 1 liter of boiled hot milk. Draw during 30 minutes and drink during a day.
Result: it is incredible, but you really can lose 1-2 kg for 24 hours.
So now you can see that you can lose weight quickly. But do you need it? Don’t forget, quick weight loss is a shock for your organism. And then there will be another shock - New Year night feast, corporative parties and lots of food during following week??¦ How to protect yourself from gaining weight during celebrations?
Table recommendations
Eat in small portions during a day, don’t be hunger before the feast.
Drink a glass of water 10 minutes before meal. This improves digestion and reduces sense of hunger.
Chew a branch of parsley. This also reduces appetite.
Drink enzymatic medication improving digestion.
Prolong pleasure: at small portion, chew longer. Talk with people more.
Don’t sit at the table all the time. Move more: dance, play, entertain yourself, arrange fire works outside etc.
Finish holidays with a fasting day to be back to normal.
Nevertheless, holiday will remain holiday, but you need to celebrate it the way to avoid problems caused by overeating.
