Dietitians compose various lists of dishes and foods, destructive to health. They are different, but some unhealthy foods are presented in all lists.
 
Most dangerous:
 
1.       Sweet carbonated beverages. They are created not for quenching one’s thirst, but for causing it, are marked with huge sugar content: 1 glass of Cola, for example, contains at least 5 tea spoons of sugar, 1 liter - correspondingly 25 spoons, or 125 g.
 
2.       Potato chips, especially cooked not from whole potato, but from potato mash,  - this is, in general, a mixture of carbohydrates and fat plus artificial food additives. Same concerns French fries.
 
3.        Snickers, Mars and other chocolate bars are also created not to satisfy one’s hunger, but to cause it. Combination of big quantity of sugar and various chemical additives provides highest calorie-content and wish to eat them again and again.
 
4.        Sausages, wieners, boiled sausage, pastes and other foods with so-called hidden fats. 40% of their weight consist of fats (suet, interior fat, pork skin etc.), but it is camouflaged as meat, also with help of food additives.
 
5.       Fat sorts of meat, especially fried.
