“In Hollywood I was astonished, facing epidemic enthusiasm for vitamins. Due to this I composed a weekly schedule of taking fresh drinks, based on fruits and vegetable juices, vitamins A, C and E, which should be taken before breakfast.
Monday: the following day after lavish weekend meals I recommend a strong cleanser: squeeze juice of one lemon in a glass of warmed mineral water, lemon is a universal remedy in beauty care. It has a toning, anti-infective effect.
Tuesday: carrot juice, I also add juice of parsley bunch to it.
Wednesday: fresh grape juice.
Thursday: in summer - mixture of berries: raspberry, strawberry, currant. During rest seasons - grapefruit.
Friday: to prepare yourself for possible weekend excesses, I prescribe myself a diuretic - a glass of leek extract.
Saturday: apricot juice.

Don’t drink through a straw

To keep skin around eyes young for a long, do special exercises, smoothing out wrinkles and removing puffiness, once a day: stare straight before yourself with eyes wide open, count to eight, close your eyes, relax. Screw up your eyes and count to five. Seat in front of the mirror and, lowering your chin, look at your reflection. Close your eyes little by little, until there’s a small chink - then close your eyes completely.
Wear sun-glasses
