health?

You should work and rest to receive pleasure. Don’t torment yourself in a gym, if you hate sport: then you will become even more tired and angry!” But even if exercises started seeming too hard, take a time-out.
1. Gym will wait.
October and November are not the merriest months for people. We become less active, as organism senses stress, and spends more calories to heat body, than in warmer season. And we, regardless of all facts, keep on visiting gym, making ourselves exercising, even if we feel sick.
And some people even think that while good load organism will cope with cold more quickly. Doctors do not agree and insist: immunity copes with diseases better, if it is not subjected to stresses. Until you recover completely, switch to calmer exercises. For example, try pilates.
You can do these exercises in bed. During those morning minutes, when you really want to stay in bed and not to go out, you can wake up your body and dispose it to a working mood with help of only 6 exercises. You know, pilates is based on evenness of motions and muscular control.
1. “Swimming”
Lying on belly, stretch your arms forward, legs shoulder-width apart. While breathing out, raise left arm and right leg on 30 cm and freeze for 10 seconds. Then return to a start position.
2. “Kick on side”
Lie on a right side and stretch right arm along bed. Lean on left hand in front of you. Keep head straight, not bowing it. Raise both legs at the same time and in several minutes return to a start position.
3. “Shoulder bridge”
Lying on back, bend your legs in knees, and place feet hips-width apart. Stretch arms along body. While breathing out, gather in stomach and raise pelvis slowly, leaning on feet. Wait for 2 seconds and lower slowly.
4. “Lath position”
Lie on belly, lean elbows and toes against floor. Legs shoulder-width apart. While inhaling, gather in stomach and raise pelvis, so that your body would form a straight line. Wait for several seconds.
5. “Stretching legs”
Lying on back, stretch arms along body, and raise legs, bending them in knees. While breathing out, straighten a leg and stretch it forward. Wait for several seconds and return in a start position.

Bending legs, sit on heels. Press head to knees, and stretch arms forward. Wait for several seconds.
2. Japanese massage for fresh complexion
Japanese people can teach us something. Why not to try massage?
1. “Draw” a straight line from center of forehead to temples with tips of forefingers and middle fingers slowly.
2. Do 10 spiroid motions along the same line along eyebrows.
3. Pass a line from bridge of nose to tip of nose 1 5 times and the same quantity - along, from each side of nose from wings of nose to bridge.
4. Do 10 strokes starting from eyelids - from internal corner of eye to external; from wings of nose and chin - to temples.
3. 15 minutes of laugh per day

Laugh strengthens heart muscle, stabilize mental activity, improves work of circulation of the blood, relieves pain. In USA laughing therapy is considered a recognized science and called
gelotology. Scientists counted that 27 seconds of laugh normalize pressure the way a 10-minute meditation does. And
15 minutes of laugh will help organism to cope with loads and improve condition of your vessels.
4. Inoculation against flu
End of October - beginning of November - it’s quite time to inoculate yourself against this disease. It will be late for it in December. Virologists note that vaccinations reduce risk of disease significantly.
5. Peeling
Minimum of sun - it’s good time for chemical peeling and other procedures in peeling and struggle with pigmentation. You should definitely treat not only your face, but also body:
Coffee scrub for home-made SPA
Mix 2 glasses of ground coffee, ?? glass of cane-sugar or sea-salt and 2-3 spoons of massage oil. After hot shower rub scrub with circular motions. Then rinse with water and apply your favorite body lotion.
6. Count colds
4 colds per a year - this is upper limit for a person with normal state of immunity. If you catch a cold more often, think about measures to strengthen your immunity. Consult a doctor as for vitamins and other ways to strengthen immunity.
7. Take a day off
According to statistics, every second office worker works overtime. And psychologists advise: perfectionists, treat yourselves! Stop for a moment in your rush up the career ladder. Allow yourself to stay at home in one of dull days, arrange a holiday for yourself, even if you have to lie your boos about your ill aunt??¦
8. Take a bath

To raise your spirits and remove tiredness before going to bed, take a bath with a drop of
scented oil. Jasmine, muscat, orange, rosemary are well-known for their toning effect. Bergamot, lavender, ginger and sandalwood have calming effect.
To make skin delicate and silky:
Prepare a composition from 1 egg, ?? cup of olive oil, 1 table spoon of glycerin, ?? cup of dry milk, 1 drop of jasmine, 1 drop of attar of roses, 6 drops of lavender oil and 2 cups of mineral water.
Mix egg with olive oil, glycerin and dry milk, and then ass scented oils and whip to receive homogeneous paste. Add some water and pour in prepared bath quickly. Water should not be too hot, otherwise you will receive something like omelet.
9. Fill your house with scents
And it’s even better (if your household does not mind) to fill the whole house with a favorite scent, using scented lamp or bamboo sticks. Experts recommend using sandal (calms down), vanilla (raise spirits), and eucalyptus 9if you want to avoid colds).
10. Visit “Anti-stress” procedure in SPA salon
In many SPA centers there’re relaxational and anti-stress programs, including elements of aroma-, light-, sometimes steam-therapy, and also relaxational massage, skin moistening and baths. This is just necessary once per month.
11. Search for the sun
To stay healthy in soul and body, one needs to take sun baths during 60 minutes per day. This is rather problematic in autumn-winter period. Don’t be sad, there’s always a way out! If you have no contra-indications, you can visit solarium. If it’s impossible for some reasons, don’t lose a chance to walk on fresh air during lunch break. Remember, how do you spend this hour? Here you have at least 30 minutes for meeting with the sun!
12. A glass of wine during supper
Red wine is a fount of wholesome elements. It contains tannins, which cleanse vessels, amino acids, necessary for normal growth and protection of cells, iron, curing from anemia, magnesium, useful for heart. Remember, that French people, who don’t refuse themselves in a glass of wine even during working time, almost have no cardio-vascular diseases.
13. Diet
Having started struggle with overweight, most of us go mad on this. In autumn, when you really want to eat some sweets and do not want to move at all, you can arrange a small holiday for yourself. Search for special centers, where dietitians not only compose individual programs, but also take care about your nutrition, so to speak, directly. To be more exact: a special service will cook and deliver food to you. Of course, this is more expensive, than buying food and cooking by yourself??¦ But if you have a possibility - why not?
14. Walking
Walking in autumn - is a wonderful way of invigoration. You will warm yourself, raise your spirits, work up muscles. And if you make 2000 steps per day - and this means 15 minutes of walking - this will prevent you from overweight, as experts affirm.

If you never want to eat in the morning and are used to do with a cup of
coffee, try to correct the situation with help of
fruit salads. Take a pear, green apple, kiwi (by the way, 1 kiwi contains daily norm of vitamin C), orange, or what you like. Season with yogurt and pour with nuts. You will reduce vitamin hunger to zero.
And one more thing, pig it. Don’t require impossible things from yourself - we are just women, and we should not necessarily have a 100% image of iron ladies, which never make mistakes, become sad and fall sick.
