Do you know that our organism is constantly subjected to attacks? These dangers come both from environment (we inhale and eat something, something can penetrate through skin), and from within of our own organism (our cells age or change their qualities, and then they should be removed from organism). Well, what protects our organism from various strange microorganisms, bacteria and their toxins, viruses, parasites?
 
We have immunity - a very complicated structure of organism, which can reflect aggression of foreign substances, which came to organism. Immunity - is a strong inner power, which nature gave to a man. This power helps us to remove after-effects of lots of negative factors, causing various diseases.
 
Immunity - is a protector of our organism. And not only from bacteria and viruses. You know, changed cells also become strange for it, for example, cancerous or aged, subject to destruction. Immunity takes place in taking out of harmful chemical agents from organism, which remind of themselves more and more often while our bad ecology.
 
Most possible protection against diseases - is our immunity, more complicated, than antibiotics or other types of medicines. If we fall sick, then, as a rule, this happens because our immunity didn’t cope, as the system can fail due to various reasons.
 
Why does this happen?
 
Frequent infections, smoking, alcohol, lack of sleep, wrong nutrition; long treatment with antibiotics, stress; polluted environment; hard physical and mental loads can bring harm to immunity.
 
Weak reaction, when immunity cannot spy on harmful agents, leads to sickness. Toxic agents, accumulated in the air, water, plants - literally in everything that surrounds us, affects firstly our protective strengths, and impaired organism cannot already withstand this.
 
Our health depends on our immunity, which works constantly, like clock, to protect us from hostile world. We will not be able to live without healthy immunity, able to kill all our enemies.
 
Signs of impaired immunity
 
Everyone has periods, when his immunity grows weak. We often ignore obvious signs of weakening of our immunity, and this causes after-effects, which will require much more expenses, than preventive measures.
 
Stop and listen to yourself:
 
If you suffer from frequent colds (more than 4-6 times per year), or, probably, repeated relapses of chronic diseases, for example, bronchitis, or herpes on lips, and you also get tired quickly, - then this already is a good reason to visit a doctor. Allergic diseases are also considered signs of impaired immunity.
For example, pollen allergy causes different reactions in different organisms: someone rubs his red eyes, someone sniffs, others gasp, or itch, or hide signs of nettle-rash under long cloth. In this case you need to consult a doctor immediately!
 
If you want to have wonderful health, then strengthening of immunity should become one of your main tasks.
 
But to open abilities for protection, given to a man initially, we need to provide our organism with substances, necessary for normal passing of all processes (motions, sleep, protective reactions, regulation of arterial pressure etc.)
 
And all this is possible only while correct balanced nutrition and healthy way of living. Our organism needs vitamins, as it cannot accumulate and synthesize most of them. That’s why it should receive the whole set of these substances regularly and in necessary quantity.
 
Lack of vitamin A lowers activity of immunity while penetration of foreign proteins in organism.
 
Vitamin A is contained in red and yellow vegetables and fruits (carrot, melon, tomatoes), and in liver and eggs.
 
Vitamins of group B help stimulating activity of immunity during periods of physical stress. If level of these vitamins falls down, then capacity of organism to produce antibodies for struggle with infections is also lowered significantly, and you turn to be a victim of numerous infections.
 
Vitamins of group B are contained in yeast, mushrooms, milk, cheese, liver.  
 
Lack of vitamin C can damage immunity in several ways: reaction of protective attributes to a signal about pathologic condition lowers, speed of production of antibodies for struggle with infection lowers.  
 
Vitamin C is contained in cabbage, lemon, dog-rose, apples. 
 
Food with high sugar content weakens immunity, this means lowering of ability of some immune protective attributes to struggle with foreign factors.  
 
Fruits, vegetables, salads, juices - they all contain lots of vitamins. Start your breakfast, lunch and dinner with them.   Many people undervalue importance of 30-minute rest after work. Such short rest is called “relaxation”. Before lying down to have a rest, you should provide yourself with complete peace.  
 
Close the door of your room for 20 minutes, open the window. Now stretch yourself on a bed calmly, putting a flat pillow under your head and rolled blanket under knees. Stretch arms along your body. Try to breathe deeply, evenly and slowly. Draw away from all home matters in your mind. Don’t save on these several minutes of rest: your eyes will sparkle and mood will become good. After this return to your duties calmly.
 
Every day after morning exercises rub your body with a coarse wet mitten using short strong motions. This procedure contributes to wonderful state of health and strengthening of immunity.
