Fats are contained in bioplasm, nucleus and membrane of our cells. On average, female organism should contain about 15-23% of fat - so you need to “skim” yourself considering these figures and keep on eating meat, fish and cheese.
 
-         amino acids
 
Organism cannot store up amino acids, so they are necessary for it every day. Soya protein contains 9 of most necessary.
 
- carbohydrates
 
The ones, which we are used to stay as far as possible from. And you know, they are a source of energy, a peculiar “fuel” for organism. Lack of carbohydrates leads to energy recession, apathy. If you hardly can concentrate, do mental and physical work, then this means it’s time to calculate quantity of carbohydrates you receive. Bread, nuts, fruits, cereals and honey should fill up missing ones.

Iron is necessary for many metabolic processes in organism. Its most known function is participation in oxygen transfer to tissues and removal of carbonic acid from them, as iron is contained in hemoglobin of red corpuscles.

If you don’t like liver and jellied tongue categorically, you should definitely include dried muchrooms in your daily allowance (35 mg of iron for 100 g of product) or laminaria (16 mg in 100g). But remember - you still run risks, as iron is assimilated from vegetable foods much worse, than from animal foods.

Of course, you know names of more or less popular polyvitaminic complexes and even take them sometimes… Which vitamins are most important?
 
Vitamin A is necessary for good state of skin, hair, vision, teeth, nails, bones. You can find it in green and yellow vegetables and fruits, eggs. Vitamin B is very important for normal work of nervous system. It is contained in dairy produce, bread, cereals, liver. Vitamin C is necessary for immune system and healthy teeth, you can draw it from kiwi, tomatoes, cabbage, cutruses.
