So, summer has gone. And you should admit it was great: you became sunburnt and swam a lot. Looking at your tanned slender body in the mirror, you smile. What a beauty! Well, how to keep an achieved result, to shine with such radiant smile, not looking on scales with depression?
 
Move!
 
This is the first and most important condition to keep a gained shape for a long autumn-winter period. It’s surprisingly, but we often don’t notice how much we move in summer. We swim with pleasure, walk a couple of bus stops, do fitness more often, at last, we just walk along the sea shore or in the forest. And we don’t notice how we reduced physical activity with cold season. But our body notices it, and responds with overweight to our reduction of movement.
 
A conclusion is quite simple - move! This way you will not only burn calories and build a beautiful strong body, but also cheer yourself up! And we think about excess dainty dishes less, when we are in a good mood.
 
Eat more protein
 
Summer is a wonderful season: you can eat fruits for breakfast, dinner and supper, and every time these will be different fruits! You can be full with light salads, drink juices and don’t even think of the way it may affect your figure. Summer menu affects your figure wonderfully: your body is filled with lightness, and overweight just dissapears. Unfortunately, with coming of an autumn such food allowance becomes insufficient - we just cannot already be filled with salads and fruits, as loads on our organism increased twice: temperature sinks, the sun doesn’t treat us with warm beams, we are cold!
 
So you should eat more protein. Dairy produce and porridges for breakfast, necessary fish, lean meat or chicken for lunch and light cotton cheese for supper are digested longer and provide sense of satiety. Besides, enough quantity of protein in food allowance allows carrying out following point of our program - heaving exercises.
 
Increase portion of heaving exercises
 
Wisely built muscle bulk provides us with quick metabolism. I.e., when we work in a gym thoroughly, we burn calories even when we have a rest. For example, lying under a warm plaid with a cup of hot cocoa. It’s very comfortable, isn’t it? Moreover, it’s not a secret, that after training our organism burns calories in an accelerated mode for some time. Once a month take measurements and write down sizes of your waist, breast and hips, - you should know what happens with your body! It’s unnecesary doing this more often: during a day your weight can vary within 1-1,5 kg, and it increases a little before menstruation, because organism keeps liquid during these days. So, don’t complicate your life - figures on scales and centimeters once a month, taken approximately in same days, will give you more than true idea about your physical shape.
 
Have a breakfast
 
It’s hard to overrate benefits of the first meal. A proper breakfast allows to wake up, charges with energy and, of course, presents good mood! Don’t miss it. Otherwise your metabolism will sleep till lunch, and you will eat several times more food for supper, than you planned. Do you need this?
Breakfast definitely should be complex: try to include complex carbohydrates and proteins in it. Orange juice appears on our tables in the morning not in vain: vitamin C is so necessary to our organism during this cold season!
 
Eat soup more often
 
We all know that signal about satiety comes to our brain in a certain time. But many of us forget that this time increases with coming of cold season. The matter is that in this case we need additional energy (and time) to get warm. Stomach just cannot send a signal about satiety, if it feels cold! That’s why we often overeat.
 
Sweets - when necessary
 
And still you should try eating sweets for breakfast. The matter is that in the morning glucose content in our organism is slightly lowered, so, if you eat sweets in the morning, you won’t repeat this in several hours. At the same time refusal from something, that brings us pleasure, affects our mood, activity negatively and as a result casts doubt on success of healthy way of living. So, eat your favorite chocolate and cheese-cake only in the morning. And have an apple with it. Or drink a glass of juice.
 
Probably, firstly this will be difficult for you, as usually a wish to treat yourself with something sweet comes somewhere in the afternoon, but believe, this is just a habit.
 
As you can see, health way of living doesn’t mean severe restrictions at all, refusal from favorite dishes and Olympic schedule of trainings. Combining pleasant with useful wisely, we can not only build a beautiful body, but also keep soul balance and ability to enjoy life. Finally, don’t we eat wholesome food and train, to smile to ourselves and the world?
