Indications: chronic gastritis with secretory insufficiency, acute gastritis in convalescence, chronic enteritis and colitis after exacerbation.

General characteristics: physiologically complete diet with moderate mechanical sparing and stimulation of digestive organs.

Chemical composition and caloric value: proteins - 90-100 g (60% animal), fats - 90-100 g (25% vegetable), carbohydrates - 400-420 g, caloric value - 2800-3000 kcal.

Featured products and dishes: bread from coarse flour of yesterday baking, soups, mainly vegetable, lean meat, fish, poultry, milk drinks, cereals: buckwheat, millet, barley in the form of crisp cereals, beet, carrot, tomatoes, cucumbers, zucchini, pumpkin, cauliflower, raw fresh sweet fruits and berries in an increased number, honey, jam, marmalade, soaked dried fruits (prunes, apricots, figs), broth of hips and wheat brans, fruit and vegetable juices.

Indications: gout, urolithiasis (uraturia).

General characteristics: exclusion of products containing a lot of purines, oxalic acid, restriction of protein, fats and carbohydrates, sodium chloride, increasing the number of alkalify products and free liquid.

Chemical composition and caloric value: proteins - 70-80 g, fats - 80-90 g, carbohydrates - 400 g; caloric value - 2700-2800 kcal.

Indications: obesity as a primary disease or associated with other diseases that do not require special diets.

General characteristics: reducing the diet’s caloric value at the expense of carbohydrates, especially easily digestible, partially fats, while normal protein content; restriction of free fluid, sodium chloride and appetitive food and dishes.

Chemical composition and caloric value: proteins - 90-110 g (60% animal), fats - 80 g, carbohydrates - 150 g, caloric value - 1700-1800 kcal.

Featured products and dishes: rye, wheat-proteic and proteic-bran grain (100-150 g / day), vegetable soups with a small quantity of cereals, beetroot soup, 2-3 times per week - soups on meat or fish broth with noodles (up to 250-300 g per dose), meat, poultry, fish - low-fat varieties - in boiled, baked or stewed form, beef sausages, or jelly, sea food (paste Ocean, mussels, prawns, etc. ) - up to 150-200 g per day, milk and milk products, cottage cheese, cheese - low-fat types and varieties. Recommended and excluded food and dishes: almost any foods and dishes with exception of a very fat varieties of meat and poultry, lamb, beef, and cooking fats, as well as pies and cakes with plenty of cream.

Indications: acute infectious diseases.

General characteristics: diet with caloric value, reduced to a greater extent at the expense of fats and carbohydrates, with high vitamin content.

Chemical composition and caloric value: protein - 75-80 g (60% -70% animal), fats - 60-70 g, carbohydrates - 300 - 350 g; caloric value - 2200-2300 kcal.

Recommended and excluded products and dishes: used in almost any kind of foods and dishes with exception of fat varieties of meat and poultry, refractory animal fats, pepper and mustard.
