The main requirement of jade tree - is plenty of sunlight. It’s from African savannas by birth and that’s why it stands well even dry air of apartments with central heating and direct sun beams. In summer you can bring it to fresh air.
From time to time turn a pot, so that crown would not become lop-sided: losing balance, a tree can fall down. But even if such accident happens, put a plant back in a pot and tie its trunk to pegs with a bandage.
Thermal regime
In summer jade tree feels wonderful under high temperatures too. And in winter temperature higher than 15C is undesirable. A plant needs to have a rest and prepare for spring.
Watering during vegetation period is rich (like for all succulents), however, without overwetting. In winter - very careful, (only when soil becomes dry).
