A simple, but efficient diet can become your way to raise your spirits. During first day restrict yourself in food.
Best of all is to refrain from it at all. But you can drink juices, water and tea as much as you want. In the evening of this difficult day don’t forget to prepare a breakfast for the next day. For this you need to pour 3-4 table spoons of oatmeal with 3-4 spoons of cold water.

During following 3-4 days your daily allowance will be like this:
Eat for breakfast what you cooked in the evening, you can add raisins or honey to it. Banana will be your dessert.

After breakfast you should take care of your supper. For this you need to pour 1,5 glass of rice with water. Do the same with several dried apricots.

For lunch - any vegetable salad, but surely with carrot and a spoon of vegetable oil. Then - boiled fish, may be with mashed potatoes or boiled potato and green. But without salt!

For dessert - 1-2 walnuts, a handful of raisins or bananas.

Before supper pour off water from soaked rice and boil it in new water. When it’s ready, add soaked apricots to it. This will be your supper.

You can drink clear water, herbal tea and natural juices without sugar during a day.
Finally, and to be more exact, in 3-4 days, such gastronomic hardship will surely return a state of emotional placidity and optimism in you.
