You know, this season gives so many possibilities for self-perfection: active rest somewhere in the country, swimming, possibility of fruit-vegetable diets. But day succeeds day, and a list of planned events still remains just a list…
And then we turn our look on what seems the simplest for us, not requiring special efforts and expenses, but promising impressing results. Of course, we mean invariably fashionable for all latest years juice diets.
Passion for fresh natural juices has several quite objective reasons. Firstly, this is a concentrated content of lots of vitamins and microelements. Secondly, almost any family can afford itself a good juicer, and, as a result, mechanize the process. Thirdly, this is somehow daintily and fashionable - to start your morning with a glass of fresh natural juice.

Most of them come to our organism with animal and vegetable food. However, the problem is that we would have to eat a huge quantity of food to receive their daily norm - their concentration is so small. And finally, there’re several simple, but very useful advices.
Firstly, try to prepare juices in small portions and drink them at once, as vitamins and ferments, contained in them, are quickly destroyed under the influence of oxygen, and in a while, your fresh juice becomes just a pleasant drink to quench.
Secondly, only in rare cases you should peel off fruits and vegetables, as most quantity of vitamins is concentrated right in this “subcutis”.
Thirdly, you should drink fresh juices with very small gulps, slowly, trying to mix them with saliva, what allows absorption of wholesome substances through mucous membranes to the maximum.
