Apple diet refers to a variety of mono-diets. Mono-diet is based on one food product. The choice of apples as the main product is fully justified, because they are a source of vitamins and trace elements, which provide the body with all necessary useful substances. Apple cider vinegar is used to improve figure. To do so, you should drink a glass of warm water with 1 tea spoon apple cider vinegar on an empty stomach within a month. Apple cider vinegar also helps caring of the body. So, to keep skin young and healthy, you should regularly take a bath with a few tablespoons of vinegar. And if legs are covered with slightly swollen veins, it is recommended to rub legs with warm apple cider vinegar every evening within two weeks.
