Cocktail 1. Whip 1 egg yolk, 2 table spoons of honey, 1 table spoon of lemon juice, 2 table spoons of carrot juice, 6 table spoons of apple juice and half-glass of boiled water.
Cocktail 2. Mix 1 raw yolk, half-glass of cold milk and 1 table spoon of honey.
For those who cannot stand milk: grind 3 shoots of fresh mint with 2 table spoons of honey, add half-glass of birch sap and half-glass of lemon juice.
