Morning meal becomes a real trouble for many people. It’s extremely unpleasant to push toasts or omelet in yourself, not to mention porridges. May of us prefer drinking a cup of coffee, confining breakfast with it. And in vain. Our ancestors knew about healthy way of living - so it’s worth to become thoughtful about an advice: “Eat breakfast yourself, share lunch with your friend, and give supper to you enemy”.
Morning - is the main part of a day to feed your organism. If you receive not enough quantity of calories and nutritive materials for breakfast, this means you’re still sleeping for a half day. Because nothing will come of you till lunch itself, when you finally decide to have a substantial meal. While breakfast you need to take at least 1/3 of your daily norm of calories, and half will be even better. May be you don’t want to eat now, later you will want to eat thrice stronger, consider it, when you refuse from toast. Ideally, your breakfast should consist of:
Cereals - for long surge of energy
Fruits - for immediate pike energy and vitamins
Dairy produce - for proteins and mineral substances.
Here’s a list of products, which are ideal for morning meal:
1. Orange juice. Tradition to drink orange juice every morning is laid in all European countries and USA. And not in vain. Juice will give you a good supply of vitamin C for the whole day.
2. Rye-bread. This component of your breakfast contains quality mixture of different carbohydrates, cellulose, vitamin B and mineral salts.
3. Muesli or flakes. They are rich in carbohydrates and mineral substances. Eat muesli with milk for breakfast and you won’t feel hunger till lunch itself, moreover, this dish will give you necessary quantity of energy.
4. Fruits. Well, we all know how useful they are. Carbohydrates, microelements, vitamins, moreover, fruits normalize work of bowels.
5. Yogurt. This is a special dainty, which use gained universal fame long ago. It heightens immunity for stresses due to abundance of digestible protein and calcium and contributes to strengthening of immunity.
6. Cheese. It’s good combined with rye-bread, contains much protein and calcium.
7. Honey. Fructose will provide you with momentary inflow of energy, and acetylcholine, contained in honey, will help you to cope with stress.
8. Coffee or black tea will cheer you up, but remember, one this product is not enough to last till noon.
9. White bread, toasts. Many carbohydrates, but not enough vitamins and microelements.
10. Fruit jelly, jam. Lot of energy, little mineral substances, so you should definitely add some of above-mentioned products to them.
11. Eggs. Rich in vitamin A and protein, but rather fat.
As you can see, choice is wide, so before you refuse completely from morning meal, think, that a small effort will allow you to feel freshly since the very beginning of a day.
