1. Strawberry drink
Sort out and wash 1 kg of ripe strawberry. Dry on a tissue and grate. Add 1,5 glass of milk and same quantity of powdered sugar to received juice. Stir up this mixture and pour in glasses. Add a tea-spoon of whipped cream and one sugared ripe strawberry in each glass.
2. Refreshing strawberry cocktail
Whip cold kefir (yogurt) (0,5 liters) with strawberry (150 g), honey or sugar (to your taste). Pour cocktail in high bocals and put ice-cubes with frozen strawberries or mint leaves in them.
3. Strawberry drink with wine
Put 300 g of strawberry, 150 g of sugar in a glass jug, pour with wine (200 g of white and 100 g of red), cover and put in a cold place for 3-4 hours. Serve in high bocals with ice and fruits.
4. Summer strawberry drink
For 1 portion: ?? glass of strawberry, 1 table spoon of sugar liquor, ?? lemon, ?? glass of soda water, 1 ice-cube.
Rinse strawberry, cut and put in a high glass or bocal. Then add sugar liquor, squeeze lemon juice and leave for 30 minutes. Then pour soda water in a bocal, put an ice-cube and serve at once.
5. Strawberry cup
For 6 portions: 1 kg of fresh strawberry, 50 g of sugar, strawberry infusion, a bottle of fruit soda water. Put clean and whole strawberry and sugar in a jorum, pour in strawberry infusion (3 glasses) and leave for 3 hours. Then add 3 liters of strawberry infusion and a bottle of fruit soda water. Mix carefully and serve up. Put 3-4 fresh strawberries in each glass.
6. Strawberry julep
Dissolve 2 tea spoons of sugar in small quantity of water in a thick-walled bocal, add 3 fresh mint shoots, mash them and remove. Fill in ?? of bocal with pounded ice and add other components. Put fresh or canned fruits on top.
40 ml of strawberry juice, 20 ml of lemon juice, 10 ml of vanilla syrup, ice. Put 10 g of whipped cream and strawberries on top.
7. Strawberry juice
Take 1 kg of sugar for 1 kg of berries. Cut berries in two and strew with sugar. Add pounded citric acid. Pour out berries in a fine sieve, leave them for draughting for 2-3 hours. Pour strained juice in bottles immediately, cork them up and wrap up in butter-paper.
8. Strawberry tea
Ingredients: 0,5 liters of cold strong tea, 4 table spoons of strawberry syrup, 1 table spoon of lemon juice, sugar. Mix tea, strawberry juice and syrup. Sweeten and serve. You can use fresh strawberry juice instead of syrup.
9. Cocktail “lamaze”
Ingredients: 3 egg whites, 1 glass of sugar, 4 glasses of strawberry, 1 glass of red wine, 200 g of cream, pine-apple, white chocolate, orange, ice.
Beat up whites of eggs with a glass of sugar and strawberry and add in a glass with wine, pour with cream on top, cut pine-apple and orange and add to contents. Strew with grated white chocolate.
10. Melon and strawberry cup
Ingredients: 1 melon, strawberry to fill in melon, 1 kg of sugar (to powder strawberry), ?? bottle of brandy, 2 liters of white table wine for pouring, 2 bottles of soda water, 1 bottle of champagne.
Wash a sweet-scented long melon carefully, cut off top, remove interior, put melon in a pan or deep dish, where it can stand straight.
Remove pedicles from strawberry and put in a melon, powdering each row with sugar. Berries should fill in a melon up to the top. Pour them with brandy, cover with a cut top of melon and put in fridge for 24 hours. Before serving up, pour out juice with berries in a jorum or jug. Peel off melon and cut in small figures - triangles, stars, cubicles; and put them in a jorum too. Pour with white table wine, and pour in soda water and champagne before serving. Add ice and serve. This recipe is counted for big quantity of guests.
