- under 21 points:

- under 36-50 points:
Surplus of fats is small, but you should better refuse from salted foods.

- 51-65 points:
Portion of fats is too big. Avoid products like fast food and replace animal fats by vegetable.

- over 66 points:
Threatening quantity of fats. You should refuse from chocolate, candies, sugar and include more sea food, fresh vegetables and fruits, coarse bread in your allowance.
