Grapefruit diet is one of the most efficient ones. If you stick to it the right way, you can lose 3 kg for a week. This fruit splits fats excellently. It is contra-indicated, if you have problems with stomach. Duration of this diet - a week.
1st day
Breakfast: grapefruit or grapefruit juice sugar free, 50 g of non-fat ham. Coffe or tea without sugar.
Lunch: grapefruit, a cup of vegetable soup or clear soup with two biscuits.
Dinner: 300-400 g of boiled or stewed vegetables - cabbage, beet, carrot, celery, marrow or other vegetables, except potato and corn. Sugar free tea.
2nd day
Breakfast: fruit salad (grapefruit, orange, apple). Coffee or tea with lemon.
Lunch: grapefruit + 50 g of cheese (20-30 % of fats), which you can replace by 150 g of non-fat cotton cheese.
Dinner: half of grapefruit, 200 g of chicken (grill or boiled), 2 tomatoes. Sugar free tea.
3rd day
Breakfast: grapefuit or grapefruit juice, 2 boiled eggs, tea, coffee without sugar.
Lunch: grapefruit and vegetable salad, seasoned with lemon juice. Portion - 250 g. Sugar free coffee or tea.
Dinner: boiled or fried meet (150 g), lettuce with lemon juice (200 g), tea with a spoon of honey.
4th day
Breakfast: grapefruit or grapefruit juice. Two table spoons of oatmeal or muesli with a table spoon of raisins with addition of non-fat yogurt or milk (4 table spoons).
Lunch: grapefruit, salad of carrot or green vegetables (cucumber, cayenne, celery, lettuce, broccoli etc.) with vegetable oil, a piece of bran bread or toast.

5 day
Breakfast: grapefruit, boiled egg and tomato juice.
Lunch: one big baked potato with salad of cabbage or any green vegetables (200 g).

On 6th and 7th days you can choose any menu of “five-day week” at your own choosing.
