Salmon, which grew in natural conditions (in the river or sea) is considered wholesome, not the one grown on fish farms, where it is fed with fodder containing a dye to give it a bright color.

Dollar kebabs:
Cut slices of salmon fillet (400 g), pour them with sugar (40 g) and salt (10 g) for half an hour. After this period, wash them, smear with vegetable oil. Soak wooden skewers in water and string your slices on them in the form of dollar. Fry on gridiron. You can add white ground pepper.
Lemon salmon steak:
Pour salmon fillet with skin (400 g) with sugar (40 g) and salt (10 g), wait 30 minutes, and then wash it in water thouroughly, dry out slightly. Pierce skin and put lemon slices (100 g) there, sprinkled with salt and pepper. Smear everything with vegetable oil and fry on grill.
You can prepare potato envelopes in advance. Make them at home, so you have only to put them on gridiron for heating. Making them is simple: take untreated potatoes, wash thoroughly, cut in circles, fry slightly, place in foil, oiled, overlapping, sprinkle with your favorite seasoning and wrap in an envelope.
