«Chocolate» cupcake recipe. 2 cups flour, 0.5 cups refined vegetable oil, 1 cup sugar, 2 tbsp. cocoa powder, 0.5 cups walnut kernels, one-third teaspoon baking soda, 1 tbsp. lemon juice, 1 cup water, pinch of vanilla, 1 tbsp. powdered sugar, 2 tbsp. breadcrumbs.

Combine flour with soda and sift. Pour in sugar in a bowl, add vegetable oil, ground nuts, cocoa, vanilla and mix. Mix the resulting mass with the flour gradually, stirring, pour in water to form a homogeneous dough. Add lemon juice, mix well. The dough shoud be immediately poured into a form, greased and sprinkled with powdered biscuits. Moreover, fill the form not completely, but only two-thirds the height. Bake cupcake at 200 degrees for 55-60 minutes. Sprinkle ready cake  with powdered sugar.

«Lemon» cupcake recipe

2 cups flour, 1 cup sugar, 0.5 cups refined vegetable oil, 1 large lemon, one-third teaspoon baking soda, 2 tsp. turmeric, 1 cup water, 1 cup seedless raisins, 1 tbsp.powdered sugar, 2 tbsp.breadcrumbs.

Grate lemon peel. Wash raisins. Pour sugar in a bowl, add oil, turmeric (it will make muffins more saturated yellow), soda, redeemable 1 tbsp. lemon juice, 2 tbsp. peel and mix. Combine the resulting mass with flour and mix again. Then, gradually adding water and stirring with a spoon (to avoid lumps), knead batter and add raisins. Then carefully pour the batter into a form, greased and sprinkled with powdered toasts, and fill it three-quarters of the height. Bake cake at 200 degrees about 1 hour. Sprinkle ready cake  with powdered sugar.

Banana walnuts cupcake recipe

150 g flour, 1 and half tsp. baking powder, 100 ml yogurt, 2 mashed bananas, 50 g crushed nuts, half tsp. vanilla essence, pinch of ground nutmeg, 50 g sugar, 50 g vegetable margarine or butter.

Forms: one form for baking bread (1 kg), oiled and sprinkled with flour.

Baking temperature: 180 C.
Baking time: 30-35 minutes.

Sift the flour and baking powder into a bowl. Mix yogurt, mashed bananas, walnuts, vanilla essence and nutmeg in a bowl.
Rub butter and sugar in a magnificent mass. Gradually, one spoon, mix yogurt mixture to the flour and butter.
Put the dough in prepared form. Bake for 30 minutes.
Check whether cupcake is baked. If not, put in the oven for another 5 minutes. Remove cupcake from the oven and leave in the form for 10 minutes, then lay it on the grate. Cool completely and cut into slices.

Cupcake recipe. Donuts

250 ml warm milk, 15 g fresh yeast 500 g flour 50 g butter, margarine or butter, 1 tsp. salt, 50 g sugar, melted butter or vegetable of good quality for roasting, powdered sugar.

Holding time: 60 minutes, the dough fermentation time: 30-40 minutes. Roasting time: 10 minutes.

Dissolve yeast in warm milk. Stir 1 tbsp. flour, cover with a towel and leave for 10 minutes. Pour flour into a bowl and put butter in it, chop it with a knife and rub into the flour so that the mixture would resemble bread crumbs. Add sugar and salt. Make a deepening in the heart and pour brew there. Knead dough, lay it on the table, dusted with flour and knead for 10 minutes. Put the dough in a bowl greased with vegetable oil. Cover with a towel and leave for 1 hour. Knead the dough again for 1-2 minutes, divide into 12 parts and roll balls. Put on a board sprinkled with flour. Cover with a towel and leave for 30-40 minutes, until they increase in size by 2 times. Heat butter in a frying pan and put some balls in it. Fry until golden brown, turn and fry other side. Drain donuts with a paper towel and roll in powdered sugar.
