Knead dough of 3 eggs, 0,5 l kefir, 4-5 tablespoons starch, 0.5 tsp soda, sugar and salt (to taste). Add 1 tbsp. vegetable oil. Bake without greasing the pan. Pancakes will be thin, with holes. Tasty.Pancake serving suggestions can be different. Always fill and fold pancakes so that the side fried first would be from the outside - this side looks better.

In each country people serve pancakes in different ways. French pancakes are sprinkled with brown sugar and lemon juice, in Germany they love pancakes with apple filling and vanilla ice cream,  in America pancakes are eaten with maple syrup or fried bacon. Indian puri are dipped in a piquant sauce, Chinese pancakes are wrapped in all sorts of vegetables, stuffing, and Mexican tortilla is not conceivable without beans and cheese. Children everywhere love pancakes with chocolate and bananas. Russian pancakes can be called  unique: cut small stuffing is spilled out on the pancake in the pan, when the dough is not completely fried.

Coffins

Fold pancakes in half, take a corner and wrap in a semicircle. Continue folding a pancake so that it would acquire the shape of a cone. Fill the cone with stuffing from spinach with cream cheese and put it on the side.

Triangles

Put the filling made from chocolate and nuts in the center of each pancake and fold the pancake in half and again in half, to get a triangle.

Rolls

Place a spoonful of ready-minced chicken across the pancake and fold it. Garnish with parsley.

Envelopes

Put a spoon of stuffing with shrimp in thick fish sauce in the pancake. Fold sides so that they would meet in the center. Then bend the top edge down and the bottom edge - up. Garnish with shrimp and parsley.
