Althouth kiwi’s homeland is China, its true bith took place in New Zealand. All modern New Zealand sorts of kiwi were raised of a seed, which one fruit-grower received by mail from China. This fruit even received its name “kiwi” in New Zealand - local inhabitants call a little anourous bird with this name.

For 4 portions of cocktail:

2 kiwi,
some lemon juice,
20 ml of brandy,
4 glasses of champagne (half-sweet or dry),
some sugar for glasses.

Instructions:

Peel off kiwis and cut in thin slices. Pour with lemon juice and brandy and put in fridge for a while.

Put fruits in glasses with sugared edges and fill bocals with champagne.
