New is always good. But we know perfectly that history repeats itself. So it is quite possible that you meet here easy cake recipes, baked yet by our grandmothers. The most important thing is a strong desire to please yourself and your loved ones, love and good mood.

Apples are always blessed raw materials for easy cake recipes.

Apple cakes

Option number 1.

You will need 200 grams softened butter or margarine, ¾ cup sugar, 1 egg, 3 tablespoons sour cream or kefir, ½ teaspoon baking soda, 3 cups flour.

Knead dough, divide it into two unequal parts. Put stuffing on a big bottom part. To do this, peel 1 kg apples, cut into pieces and mix with sugar (3 / 4 cup), add ground cinnamon to taste. Close the cake with the second dough part, fix edges. Bake at moderate temperature for about 1 hour. Sprinkle finished cake with sugar powder.

Option number 2.

Take 4 eggs, ½ cup sugar, 4-5 apples, 400 g flour, 2 teaspoons vanilla, ½ teaspoon baking soda, powdered sugar.

Whip eggs with sugar, add vanillin, soda, grated apples, and gradually adding flour, knead the dough. Place the dough with thickness of 3 cm on pan and bake in a cool oven. Cut ready cake and sprinkle with sugar powder.

“True delight”

First, we will bake Biscuit. Beat up 6 eggs with a glass of sugar, gradually introduce 1 cup flour into the mass, then add baking soda at the tip of a knife. Cut ready cool biscuit into 3 cakes.

For meringue you will need 4 egg whites, whipped with 4 tablespoons powdered sugar. Bake meringue on parchment paper.

For filling take 2 banana, 1 kiwi fruit, 1 pear, 1 orange, 1 tangerine, 2-3 bottles whipped cream.

For cream: 1 can condensed milk, 2 packs butter. You can use food coloring if you want to get color cream.

Smear biscuit cake with cream, spread kiwi and orange circles on it, and smear with cream again. Put second biscuit cake on top and pour with whipped cream. Then put banana and pear circles. Pour with cream again. On top - mandarins with bananas, cream, cover with meringue, smeared with cream. And finally, the third biscuit. Smear the whole cake with cream, decorated with rosettes or other figures of cream, fruits and put cake in a cool place.

You can make only two biscuit cakes, and put meringue into the middle. Instead of this cream, you can prepare butter cream, as you like. All the same it will still be tasty and beautiful.

Coffee cake

Pour 500 g crushed wheat crackers zalem with a glass of coffee (50 g coffee), cooked on milk, and leave for 20-30 minutes for swelling.

Pound 2 eggs with 350 g sugar, add a glass of milk and bring to the boil, stirring constantly. Cool the paste, add 200 g butter and whip. Divide cream into two equal parts. One part is mixed with breadcrumbs and received paste is laid at the plate, in a round shape. The remaining cream is laid on top, sprinkled with pounded nuts and put in the refrigerator for 1-2 hours.

«Monastic house»

You will need 2 cups flour, 1 pack margarine, 250 g sour cream, cherries or other berries without pits (you may use canned or frozen berries).

For cream: 1 can condensed milk (boiled) 300 g butter.

Pour flour on the table and chop with margarine, gradually infusing sour cream, knead the dough and put it in the fridge for 30 minutes.
Then divide the dough in 15 equal parts. Each part is rolled in an oval cake, put fruits in a row, roll into tubes and fix edges.

Bake tubes in an oven and allow them cooling. Now put tubes on a plate in rows, one by one: first 5, then 4, 3, 2 and 1. Each row is smeared with cream.

Honey cake

Mix 2 eggs and 60 g butter or margarine, 1 cup sugar and 2 tablespoons honey in a bowl. Hold on a water bath. When honey and butter disperse, add 1 teaspoon soda, mix, as a result the mass will start foaming. Pour 4 cups flour one after another, not ceasing to stir. Knead dough, divide it into 6 equal parts. Roll carefully and bake cakes (round or square). Cool down.

Make cream from 1 can condensed milk and 200-250 g butter, smear all cakes and edges. The top of cake can be decorated with orange slices, apple slices, or just poured with grated nuts.

«Truffle cake»

You will need 4 eggs, 2 cups sugar, 120 g butter, ½ cup honey, 10 teaspoons soda.

Mix eggs, sugar, honey and butter, put on a water bath. When butter and honey melt, add soda and stir for 5 minutes, bring to the density. Remove from the heat and pour 900 g flour stirring. The dough will be very cool. Divide it into 10-12 parts, roll and bake cakes. Sprinkle pan with flour before baking.

Cream: stir 1 liter milk with 4 tablespoons flour, add 3 eggs, put on fire and bring to the boil, stirring all the time, but do not boil. Загустевшую массу снять с огня и охладить. Remove paste from heat and cool.

Separately, whip 250 g butter with 2 glasses sugar. Connect with cool cream, add 3 tablespoons cocoa and whip well.

Fry any nuts and crush.

Smear cakes with cream, sprinkle with nuts and grated chocolate. Smear upper cake with cream, put raisins or nuts (or both together) on top and pour with glaze.

For glaze you will require 80 g butter, 80-100 g sugar, 4 tablespoons cocoa, 2 tablespoons milk, 1 tablespoon starch.

Mix everything, cook for 2-3 minutes, pour the hot mixture on top of cake.

«Hippopotamus»

You will need 1 egg, 1 cup sugar, 1 cup sour cream, 1 teaspoon soda, 3 cups flour.

Kneaded dough, roll it thin, divide into strips, prepare straps of them. Cut straps on parts with the length of 6-8 cm and bake in an oven in a single layer. You will receive something like «brushwood». Put straps in a bowl.

Cream: mix 2 egg yolks, ½ cup sugar, 2 tablespoons flour, ¼ cup milk. Separately boil 0.5 liters milk and pour it in a prepared mixture stirring gently. Bring to a boil, but do not boil. Add some butter.

Mix cool cream with the mixture, put in cellophane and place under pressure in a cold place.
