But before you put on your new sandals and open your feet to everyone, it’s necessary to pay attention to their look. And, as always after winter with its warm boots and socks, it leaves much to be desired. Legs skin became dim, dry and lost elasticity for long winter and spring. To refresh it, you need not only eating special food, but also special exercises and care.
First of all, you need to remove keratinized cells and massage legs with a brush with natural bristle (you should massage legs using circle motions, starting from feet and moving up) or with a tough towel from toes to inguinal folds. You can massage foot strongly, and shanks, knees and hips - weaker. Massage skin until it becomes red. This simple method helps organism to get rid of accumulated toxins and reduce cellulite. If you have tough legs skin, then smear it with mixture, consisting of orange or lemon juice and vegetable oil (50/50). You can also use other remedies. Secondly, pay special attention to following wholesome products: fat sorts of fish (sardine, mackerel) - this will help you avoiding thrombosis; products, rich in vitamin C (strawberry, red pepper, black currant) - this will improve blood circulation; products, rich in potassium (celery, potato, bananas) - this will help struggling with edemas; spices (garlic, black pepper) - this stimulates blood circulation; products of soy and non-fat yogurts - this contributes to muscular mass development.

And finally, drink enough water (up to 2 liters per day) - this will help you to support good muscular tone and legs skin will become healthy and elastic. But only in case you’re not subjected to edemas.

Well, no woman can avoid sweatiness during hot season. Special feet massage with cypress and manuka or orange oil will help you to get rid of it (or at least reduce harmful influence). It is useful to arrange 10-minutes baths 2-3 times per week, adding several manganese crystals in water, so that it would become pink. Here’s another recipe - dry chamomile tea, oak-bark or horsetail baths. It’s easy to cook them: boil 2 table spoons of chamomile flowers, oak-bark or horsetail grass in 2 liters of boiling water. Powder your feet with talc after such baths.
