But there’s also another side in this. If you overstep some limit in your striving for perfection, then glamour begins suppressing some personal and professional qualities in your image. Of course, sometimes such female weaknesses should be turned into a strong side and used as a weapon in achievement of your goals too, but in majority of cases this only hinders. Especially for business-ladies beginners, who are subordinates to someone and cannot make independent decisions.
It is considered that during first meeting look is fixed (in different order, depending on your partner’s character) on several points - hands, hair, face. So you should keep them in perfect order. Moreover, it is desirable to observe also some actual trends, what will characterize you as an experienced person, keeping up with the times, and not a “bluestocking”, indifferent to other people.

Nevertheless, you shouldn’t absilutely refuse from black eyeliner. You know, this is one of the most significant hits of this season and while skillful usage it can intensify your image of a strict leader, energetic business-partner or an abstracted intellectual. For this you need to apply eyeliner with rather wide stroke either on upper, or on upper and lower eyelids and shade it with fingers, making it slightly smoke-colored, without clear contours.

You will hardly be able to apply make-up again, you will manage only to refresh it somewhere in the afternoon. And regardless of your attempts, most likely, mascara will start peeling off by the end of a day.
One of ways to avoid this - is to apply mascara only on edges of lashes. And don’t go mad on such tips, like, say, “waving” of lashes. This may create a dollish image, which can slur over the whole positive impression from your business acumen.
While taking care of your lashes, never forget about brows. Thick verdure or, to the contrary, thin string of brows will also cause negative impression about you, as a professional. It is better to concentrate your attention on a beautiful line of brows (this way you can make your eyes bigger optically).
This season we see such a nice detail of make-up, like return of blusher. They are applied with a wide stroke along upper part of cheek-bone from nose and almost to ear. The most fashionable tone - is light tan.
Your colleagues or a business-partner should be lost in conjectures while seeing you: whether you are covered with slight blush because you’re so pleased to see them, or you’ve just returned from Mediterranean. Anyway, refuse from porcelain white skin: paleness is not in fashion today.
While accentuating your eyes, don’t make your lips too bright. It is considered that business make-up should avoid red lipstick categorically - they say it is vulgar and too provoking-sexual. Well, don’t refuse from this pleasure. Just
choose mat texture, don’t create clear lip contour or use lip gloss. It adds unnecessary sexual plumpness and seductiveness, which won’t be good for you in business atmosphere.
