Early waking still has its advantages, which not only quantity, but also quality may become a pleasant or unpleasant surprise. Consider major five of them. Most of them result in the core.
1. Do more
For most people, morning time is more productive than evening or night. People are arranged this way - in the night all processes in the body slow down. The peak of restraint comes at mid of photic night (not calendar), ie time between sunset and sunrise. Sleep should come just for this period, roughly between 1 and 2 AM. If you go to bed at 10 PM and get up at 5 AM, you catch this period.
Some people justify themselves by the fact that their productive time comes just late at night, while in the morning their productivity is much lower. In doing so, they go to bed regularly late and, consequently, get up late. When trying to get up early, they argue they feel not quite themselves. And this is true - because the body is already tuned to another mode.
However, this does not mean that if the regime would be agreed with the nature, the productivity would be lower. To take advantage of early rising it is necessary first to develop a habit - to get up early for 30 days. At the time of breaking the habit, there will be no growth of productivity, on the contrary, you will have a recession. But if a month later you compare your feelings with ones you had before - there will be quite another thing. Whatever unrecoverable “owl” a person could be before, he will feel the power of habit to get up early. By the way, the effect may be noticeable after just 2 weeks, but 2 weeks is not enough to build on the habit, so it is very important to pass a 30-day experiment without interruption.
Also, considering the fact that morning time is more efficient, waking until 6 am reduces the necessary time of sleep, and thus you can do more.
2. Have more free time
Some people admitted they did not want to get up early just to work more. Quite the contrary, they would like to have more free time. However, as time of awake increases, free time increases while the same amount of time for work. Here you can set how to spend that time: for friends or family, development, Internet, games, hobby.
3. Work when no one hinders
Morning is ideal time to work. Now is time to do cases you wanted to do since long ago, but someone prevented you from this. Time is well suited for reading. You can also learn a foreign language. Or just spend time on yourself. Of course, you can work in silence late in the evening or at night, but this time you have a lot more distracting factors: TV, other “owls”, night clubs, discos. While quiet morning means sleeping civilization.
4. Develop a good habit
Once having passed a 30-day experiment, you will be able to leave a developed a habit for life, as well as return to previous arrangement. A good habit is a very powerful tool for efficiency. At the same time, a new good habit is a great way to make life more interesting. With at least an additional hour of everyday life, you add yourself an hour of life for the rest of your life. 5. Improve health
No matter how ironic it would sound, but early waking helps having better sleep. Better sleep - better feel. In general, morning rise - a good way to improve health. Even if you have no health problems now - a regular physical update is always good. This will allow remaining strong, energetic, optimistic and charges with optimism, as emotional and physical body are intertwined.
If in youth you do not pay enough attention to health, then to 30, you can feel old, and this is quite unpleasant. In order to remain healthy, 15-30 daily sessions, or 30-40 minutes 3 times a week are enough. Morning time is perfect for recharging your batteries.
