And is it possible to imagine picnic, fishing, trip to lake, river or active rest in countryside without brazier? And brazier and fire remain in our memory in the form of baked meat, fish, bird, vegetables

Cut egg-plants and zucchini in circles, put on cookery paper (any butter-paper), pour with sea salt and leave for 30-40 minutes.

Picnic food ideas. Cook a mixture of olive oil and ground garlic, pour each vegetable circle there. Then string circles on wooden sticks by turns: zucchini, egg-plants, leek, tomato (don’t cut tomatoes).

To make meat juicy and tasty, put chicken sticks in a cellophane packet together with marinade for at least 1 hour. Marinade should only just cover meat. When you pickle small pieces of meat of bird, remember, that each piece should be surrounded by marinade from all sides. But at the same time, treat marinade attentively: excess quantity of marinade dissolves too many wholesome substances, contained in meat.
