Salad “Romeo and Juliet”
For 2 portions
Take 100 g of canned crabs and 100 g of lettuce;
50 g of canned peaches and chopped walnuts;
30 g of mayonnaise and sweet mustard.
Put washed and dried lettuce leaves on a dish in the form of fan. Mix mayonnaise and mustard, pour leaves and put on them slices of crabs and peaches in a circle. Pour salad with walnuts.

Dessert “National friendship”
For 2 portions.
50 g of butter;
4 bananas;
8 slices of bacon, 8 twigs of parsley or fennel and 8 circles of lemon.
Peel off bananas, wrap each fruit in 2 slices of bacon and fry in butter. Cut in two parts, put on a dish and decorate with greens and circles of lemon.

Dessert “Mon amour”
For 2 portions.
100 g of ice-cream;
1 banana, 1 orange, 1 apple and 1 lemon;
handful of raisins and walnuts.

For cream:
2 yolks;
0,5 glass of sugar and 0,5 glass of milk;
2 table-spoons of flour.

Cut banana, orange, lemon and apple in small cubicles, add raisins and walnuts.
Cook cream. Mix yolks, sugar, flour and milk, put mass on fire and bring to the boil, stirring slowly.
Pour tall wine glasses with fruit mixture, pour with cooled cream and put balls of ice-cream on top.

Snack “Cupid’s arrow”
200 g of soft cheese (”Philadelphia” is better);
100 g of shrimps;
50 g of strawberry;
1 tuft of lettuce;
2 toasts;
juice of half-lemon;
spring onions.

 
 
For seasoning:
1 table-spoon of vinegar;
1 table-spoon of olive oil;
juice of half-lemon;
salt to your liking.

Cut out a base in the form of heart off toast, fry in toaster and smear with thick layer of cheese. Boil shrimps during 5 minutes in boiling salty water with juice of half-lemon. Take out and put on cheese. Sprinkle with a mixture of vinegar, olive oil and juice of half-lemon. Cut strawberry in thin slices and edge toast. Wash lettuce leaves and put two “hearts” on them. Decorate with spring onions.

Salad “Love Island”
100 g of spinach;
10 g (1/4 glass) of almonds or walnuts;
100 g of bacon or ham;
2- g of vegetable oil;
several twigs of fresh thyme;
100 g of cabbage lettuce;
canned olives.

 
For nut-honey seasoning:
1 table-spoon of honey;
2 table-spoons of vegetable oil;
1 table-spoon of vinegar;
salt, white pepper to your liking.
Cut bacon or ham in small particles and fry in vegetable oil during 5 minutes. Put on a paper tissue to get rid of excess fat. Cook nut-honey seasoning: chop nuts, add mixture of vinegar, oil, honey, pepper and salt. Wash spinach, lettuce and crush with your hands (cut on no account!). Mix with nut-honey seasoning. Put ready salad on a dish, decorate with thyme and olives.

Pie “Chocolate senhorita”
5 bars of black chocolate;
5 eggs;
500 g of sweet cream;
500 g of sweet crackers;
200 g of butter;
2 bars of white chocolate.

Melt black chocolate on water bath. Add cream and eggs. Whip with mixer. Pound crackers and mix with softened butter to receive think mass. Put in a mould, smeared with butter, and put chocolate mixture on top. Bake in an oven during 40 minutes at 180 C. Leave for cooling. For icing: melt white chocolate on water bath. Pour cooled pie with it.
