Say “no” to wrinkles

It’s known that the first sings of ageing appear when a woman is only 18-25 years already. So, our skin needs constant and careful care during these young, but boundary for our appearance years. Massage??¦ with a hot spoon, in fact, helps to struggle with wrinkles efficiently.

Preparation
Prepare all necessary things for this cosmetic procedure: mirror, 2 glasses of hot and cold water, a cap of vegetable oil, small saucer, nutritious cream, absorbent cotton, soft tissue for face cleaning, and, at last, a spoon of stainless steel. For this face pack you will need: egg, lemon and fresh brew. Don’t forget to remove make-up and cleanse your face skin carefully.
Procedure of massage
Put a spoon in a glass of hot water and leave for a while, until it warms up. Then put it in cold water, to cool down a little. Pour a spoon in vegetable oil for a second and start stroking your face with prominent surface carefully, without pressure. Directions of strokes - from nose to ears along cheeks, under chin and on neck, circular motions on forehead, from external eye corner up. Don’t press with a spoon too strong.
During massage of nose and forehead your motions should be more intensive.
The first s?©ances of massage should last no more than a minute, and by the 10th procedure you can prolong it up to 10 minutes. The effect of the procedure will be the best, if you choose an appropriate temperature of a spoon: it should not be too hot or cold. Finish massage applying cream on your face.
Face pack
After massage dry your skin out and cook a face pack. Smear yolk with 1 tea-spoon of vegetable oil, add several drops of lemon juice and some fresh tea. Apply pack on your face for 5 minutes, then rinse with cool water or herbal extract.
Remember
If your face skin is hyper-sensitive to allergic reactions, consult cosmetologist whether you can do such procedures. The rest healthy women can do such massage and it will help them to improve blood circulation, moisten skin and smooth out wrinkles. But don’t wait quick results the following day! During treatment you need to examine your skin in the morning: may be, it needs some rest. You can repeat a course of treatment in a month.
If you see first wrinkles on your forehead. This problem worries a lot of women, not only those who have early wrinkles because of active mimicry. In this case a daily massage with a piece of pickled or fresh cucumber is good. Move a small “circle” from left to right with ring-shaped motions. Cucumber juice moistens your skin, being absorbed, and after drying forms a mask on it, which you should leave for 30 minutes on your face. Then rinse your face with cool water.
It happens, that in early age deep wrinkles appear on your forehead. You will be able to cope with them with help of paper, to be more exact, a special paper band. Take a stripe of smooth white paper (tracing-paper, parchment), moisten it with warm water, and smear upper part with a thin layer of nutritious cream. Smooth out wrinkles with your hands, put a paper band on your forehead, and bind up elastic bandage on top. For the first time leave a bandage on your forehead for 15-20 minutes. Then increase time up to 30-40 minutes. To pick up the result put a bandage on your forehead 1-2 times per day.
You will sense the efficiency of this procedure, when trying to knit your brow, you’ll see and understand that you just cannot do it. A feeling of bandage on your forehead will prevent you from doing it.
Exercises
There’s a complex of exercises to make wrinkles on forehead less noticeable. They also contribute to improvement of blood circulation of head coverlet, it’s desirable to do them regularly.
1. Press your palms to forehead tight, try to move skin slowly firstly up, then down, getting over resistance of your hands. Relax and do this one more time.
2. Press forefingers to a forehead near brows. Move them down a little, still pressing, and try to wrinkle forehead at the same time, count up 10. Relax, remove pressure, repeat motions a couple of times.
3. Put hands one on other on a top of your forehead. Simultaneously move skin up with your hands and try to pull down your brows, getting over your hands resistance. Close your eyes slowly, looking down, - this will help you to pull down brows too. Count up 10, relax, then stroke a forehead from one temple to another with your right and left hands, finishing with a motion of hand from temple and up. Do this exercise 3 times.
4. Smooth out wrinkle between brows with thumb and forefinger. Put some object between them (in the area, where you see wrinkles) and press tight. Remove thumb and forefinger from forehead above brows and increase pressure with this hand. Do this exercise slowly, counting up 10. Relax, repeat twice.
Against wrinkles on upper lip
If you see the first wrinkles on your upper lip, don’t miss the opportunity to get rid of them. A special exercise will help to strengthen muscles of upper lip and smooth out skin in this area. Remove make-up before gymnastics, wash your hands thoroughly. It’s better to do this exercise when you’re alone.
1. While sitting put your elbows on table, keep your back straight, look straightly forward. Put thumbs under your upper lip so that your nails would be pressed to upper lips and gums at the same time. Counting up 8, pull down your upper lip slowly, straining it slightly. You should feel tension of muscles of upper lip.
2. Now, when your lip is pressed to thumbs, stay for 5 seconds in such position. Relax muscles slowly without removing thumbs, counting up 8. Return to a starting position and repeat exercise 3 times.
Medicinal tonics
A good remedy against early wrinkles - restorative liquids based on medicinal herbal extracts or fruits juice with wine or vodka (depends on type of skin). Medicinal tonics will help to revive your skin, strengthen tissues, and thus keep it young, elastic and resilient as much longer.
For fatty skin: cut lemon in small particles, pour with a glass of vodka, leave for 8-10 days. Soak a layer of absorbent cotton in a ready extract and put on face for 15-20 minutes, after you remove face pack, don’t wash your face.
If you have wrinkled fatty skin you can wipe your face with a liquid, cooked of glass of straw-berry juice, 0,5 g of salicylic acid (fine powder) and a glass of 45% spirit ( you can add a glass of cucumber juice to a lotion). Wipe your face every evening during 20-30 days. If you have dry skin, replace spirit by wine.
For dry skin: mix 30 g of chamomile, 20 g of pepper mint, 20 g of calendula flowers and pour with a liter of white wine of good quality and leave for 2 weeks. Filter and use for wiping your face.
Tonic liquids should be used twice a day - in the morning and evening. After morning washing wipe your face with a medicinal tonic, let it dry a little, and, while your skin is wet, apply day cream. In the evening wipe cleaned skin, removing excesses of cosmetic remedy. After procedure allow your skin to absorb moisture completely. When your face dries, wash with warm water.
2 in 1
When you feel tiredness and limpness at the end of your working day, do a simple massage. Put tips of forefingers and thumbs firstly in the middle of your forehead, and then massage forehead with circular motions - to temples, and then to ears. Such manipulations will help you to calm down quickly and remove irritation. Massage with cream, executed the same way, will serve as good preventive measures against wrinkles.
