I am a combination of all three. A difficult case, as they say. I work late, eat, when I can, do not like sports (but respect hot meals very much), and is rather old for fanatical teenage sticking to kefir. And so, here are my principles:

Hurrah to three meals a day (with one snack)!

Last years so-called “fractional food” became very fashionable. The principle of this system is simple: five receptions of low-calorie food not to grow fat, but also not to remain hungry. But for me, two yoghurts, a slice of hen and two salads are not a meal at all. As a result, you eat two yoghurts, a slice of hen, two salads and STEAK. So, do not suffer and begin with steak at once.

However, it is desirable to eat this steak once a day, namely during the most important meal. Choose one food intake, which is psychologically important for you: for majority this is a family supper, for someone - a business lunch. Main principle: eat moderately three times a day. Once from these three: moderately and tasty. Also you should not choke with salad, when whole family absorbs cutlets or “not to eat after six” fanatically, when you come home from work at ten. This helps to avoid “failures” and night touches on a refrigerator.

Snack should be with you.

English 5 o’clock was invented, so that people could live till supper. And it is clear that if you do not have a snack, then you will be terribly hungry by the following food intake. I have a snack with something nourishing, but not heavy: an egg with a tomato, a small slice of fish, a sushi… The main thing is that it could be eaten on the move and leave a sense of fulness. Just avoid pies, sandwiches and sweets, all right?

Rise half an hour to alarm clock.

Who rises right after an alarm clock call, lift hands. Nobody, I guessed. We clap on an alarm clock for at least half an hour. So if you rise half an hour earlier, you will gain a whole hour: half an hour for gymnastics and half an hour just for life, not to stumble about things and damn your relatives.

Down with idiot box!

“Well, where I can take this superfluous hour?”, you may ask. In TV, more precisely, in its absence. If you cease watching TV, you will go to bed earlier. Not to mention the fact that you will eat less. My husband and me have been watching a political serial for three months and felt ourselves terribly intelligent, until I found out that I gained three kilogrammes - a kilogramme for each month.

Do gymnastics in the mornings.

For those who work, and work till late, it is very important. It helps being adjusted to a correct way of life since the morning. And then, in the evening you will not have forces all the same. Also it is completely unnecessary to rise at 4.30 AM, like American state secretary Condoleezza Rice, to go to a sport club. I, for example, have a membership in a sport club, so I never go there, as I cannot rise three hours earlier. Thank God, I also have dumbbells at home, and a disk with 20-minute pilates program. Otherwise, I would definitely grow fat.
