All products and drinks listed below can be used in food without restrictions: dried and fresh grasses, lemon juice, lettuce leaves of all sorts, grassy teas, fruit teas, water and mineral water. And the most important thing – eat slowly, quietly and with pleasure!

Cotton cheese with fruits.Dinner
1 average chicken fillet, watered with a mix from 50 ml natural semiboldface yoghurt and 1 dessertspoon flour, - fry on gril within 30 minutes or bake in an oven for 45 minutes,

2 table spoons cut cucumbers with yoghurt or kefir,
1 tomato cut in slices with chopped basil,
