Friday
Boiled beet (100g), seasoned with olive oil; boiled rice (100g) with soy sauce or ketchup; tomato juice. Saturday
Hard-boiled egg; stewed beef liver (150 g); yogurt without stuff.
Sunday
Salad of fresh cabbage and carrot, seasoned with vegetable oil and lemon juice; fried agarics (100 g) with boiled rice (100g), orange juice. Salad of fresh vegetables, seasoned with vegetable oil; stewed haricot with parsley; boiled potato; a slice of bran bread; tea with sweetener.
Afternoon snacks
To satisfy yourself and avoid plentiful snacks, drink a glass of any juice, warm herbal tea, chicken, meat, fish or vegetable broth.

Tuesday
Boiled cauliflower (150 g) with soy sauce; a potato in its jacket, a slice of bran bread, tea with sweetener.

Mini-advices for those who are growing thin
Going to a supermarket for food, make a list of the most necessary products and stick to it carefully, this way you’ll resist temptations.
Don’t forget to make 3-4 hours breaks between meals.
Remember, you can drink mineral water or not strong tea with lemon (but without sugar!) as much as you want.
If you don’t like one of the products, replace it by another one (vegetables-by vegetables, corn flakes-by buckwheat flakes etc.)
Restrict eating fruits, rich in sugar.
If you suffer from wind, replace raw vegetables by boiled or stewed, and fresh fruits (for example, apples) bake in an oven.
Don’t irritate yourself with everyday weighing. Weigh yourself in the end of a week.
