There is a lot of autumn diets, and practically all of them can be shared on two kinds: fruit-berry and vegetable. These diets are easy - after all, at this time of year vegetables and fruits are more than accessible.

Fruit diets
It is the most useful kind of dietary fasting days. Cellulose cleans stomach like a broom, and it is completely not difficult to “hold on” on vitamins for several days. More often, fruit diets are composed by a principle: breakfast includes chosen fruits or berries, and also green tea or a glass of mineral water, for second breakfast it is necessary to drink fruit juice, during lunchtime it is possible to eat a small slice of boiled meat with a low-calorie garnish (vegetables or rice). A mid-morning snack entirely consists of fruits, and two hours prior to a dream it is necessary to drink a glass of kefir or eat a low-fat cottage cheese.

Grape diet
You can stick to such diet for 3-7 days. For three days you will simply dump weight, for seven — clean an organism, improve stomach and intestines work.

At a three-day diet in the first day it is necessary to eat half a kilogramme of grapes, in the second — one and a half, in the third — two. Every day divide whole quantity of berries for equal portions and eat once in two hours.

A medical seven-day diet should be begun with daily starvation. In each of the next six days you should eat 1,5 kg of grapes and drink no less than 1,5 litres of water — usual, not aerated. Also do not make indulgences to yourself: forget about tea and coffee, light snacks, even most dietary products for this time. Your diet should exclusively consist of grapes.

Caution: during grape diet you can have problems with digestion — because of a grape thin skin. It is rigid, badly digested, and consequently two-three days on grapes can lead to constipations. To avoid this trouble, try to buy grapes with thin peel and no pits.

Grape diet is very rigid, you will have to eat nothing, except grapes, but, having sustained a diet, you will feel in a tone, more than ever.

Banana diet
You should eat only bananas. Without restriction! If you feel hunger - eat a banana (either 2, or 3, until you satisfy hunger). After you have eaten them wait until following desire (even light) and eat. One condition - eat only bananas, differently you will not grow thin, and on the contrary - will gain weight. It is possible to drink only green tea without sugar. Result: minus 1 kg a day. And skin will not droop, grow decrepit, as with other methods of growing thin. Grow thin as much, as you need. Weight does not come back for a long time. And an organism is well cleared of slags. So - dare!

Vegetable diets
They are considered more rigid, than fruit-berry, because vegetables contain practically no carbohydrates, necessary for an organism to be in good state of health. Therefore it is necessary for you to eat one table spoon of muesli for breakfast. Prepare them since evening, presoaking in cold water in the ratio 1:3. You can add honey and berries.

Further the diet repeats a fruit diet, with only a difference that crude vegetables become the basic food. It is possible to prefer one kind, and it is possible to make salads - as you wish. It is recommended to drink everything with mineral water, green tea, vegetable juice.

If such diet seems high-calorie to you, one-two times a week you can arrange fasting days. And in the middle of vegetable days it is necessary to arrange fruit unloading and on the contrary. And albuminous day - meat or dairy - is universal. It is possible to resort to it in any case.

A vegetable diet means also application of juice. For example, fresh carrot (2 parts), and, sustained in a refrigerator no less than for 2 hours, beet (1 part). Drink a mix in 5 receptions, with small gulps, having taken it in a mouth.

Classical vegetable diet
Weight loss from 3 to 6 kg.
Day norm of vegetables - 1,5 kg.
Recommended products: fresh vegetables (carrot, vegetable marrows, green string bean, cucumbers, lettuce, pumpkin, potato, greens); fresh fruits (apples), low-fat milk, yoghurt, kefir, sour cream, cottage cheese; oaten or corn-flakes; rye or grain bread.

Approximate menu per day:
1st breakfast — salad from polished carrots, oaten and corn-flakes filled in with low-fat milk.
2nd breakfast — a cucumber.
Dinner — salad from any vegetables and 2 boiled potatoes with vegetable oil or sour cream, a piece of rye bread.
Mid-morning snack — red Bulgarian pepper.
Supper — salad from any vegetables with vegetable oil.

Water-melon diet
Water-melon - unique natural means for deducing of cholesterol and slags from an organism. And it can be applied also while diabetes. A water-melon possesses very low caloric content - only 20 calories in 100 grammes. Thanks to abundance of moisture arriving in an organism acidic-alkaline balance and water-salt exchange are regulated, work of intestines is normalised. Dietary properties of water-melons are defined by prevalence of digestible sugars - glucose and fructose.

The diet is simple enough, but there are some rules which it is necessary to pay attention to, and adhere during fasting days. To dump 2–3 kgs, eat a water-melon instead of dinner or supper: 100 grammes contain only 38 kcals. But if you wish to dump more, try to eat nothing for 3–5 days, except water-melon pulp, from calculation of 1 kg on 10 kg of body weight. It is possible to add rye bread. After a diet eat light products for several days: porridges, cottage cheese, fish, low-fat meat, vegetables and fruits.

Attention:
• before a diet beginning exclude products of animal origin for a couple of days. And if you cannot live withoiut meat, stick to food combining ;
• within 4 days eat only water-melon pulp, without reflecting on quantity of eaten. Occasionally you can eat also a rusk from black bread;
• it is necessary to watch closely state of your health: sometimes organism reacts to such monofood negatively. And if for the second day you feel normally, it is safely possible to continue procedure. Kidneys and urinoexcretory ways are cleared in this time, slags are deduced from an organism;
• you will be surprised, when you feel ease in an organism and lose superfluous kgs for such a short period.

If you do not wish to go on a long diet, it is recommended to arrange fasting days once a week: each half an hour eat 200 g of pulp. In fasting days it is possible to drink also a water-melon drink. Its main advantage - it satisfies hunger easily. To prepare 1 l of a drink, you will need 350 g of water-melon pulp, 150 g sugar, juice of one lemon and 600 g water. Dissolve sugar and a lemon juice in hot water, finish to boiling and cool. Put water-melon pulp, cut by cubes or small slices, and leave for 30-40 minutes.

Melon diet
In medicine they apply melon mainly for clarification of gastroenteric path as, despite its refined taste, it is rich in rough vegetative cellulose. Melon fruits contain also a number of cindery elements: potassium, sodium, calcium, magnesium, iron, sulphur, phosphorus, copper, cobalt. Especially a lot of iron — 17 times more, than, for example, in milk, and 2 times more than in chicken meat.

If you do not have serious problems with health and you observe a rule not to combine melon with other products, you can eat it as much as you want. Now it is high time to sit on a melon diet for at least a couple of days— caloric content of this vegetable is only 24 kcal. It is possible to arrange a melon fasting day, and it is possible to sit on more sparing diet for a week.

For breakfast you eat 300-400 g cleared melon pulp, and following meal (a dinner or second breakfast) will be only in three hours. If you do not want to eat melon since morning (it possesses diuretic properties) eat 400-500 g of this delicacy after dinner, considering you will have a supper in 3-4 hours. Other daily caloric content makes about 800 kcal. Adhering to such melon diet, it is possible to dump about 2-3 kgs for a week, but it is not recommended to stick to such diet longer.

Attention! A melon diet will suit not everyone. It is necessary to eat a melon 2 hours prior to meal or 2 hours after meal – melon contains much cellulose, and it is considered a heavy product. It is impossible to mix it with kefir, yoghurt, milk, alcohol and water – there can be long loosening or a stomach will refuse to digest it. 100 grammes of melon contain only 39 kcals, but not everyone can eat it more, than once a day.

Integral fresh melon juice also has good medical effect. It contains no food fibres, less organic acids, and therefore there are less complications from gastroenteric path. It is prescribed under same indications, as melon pulp: 50-100 ml 2-3 times a day between food intakes.
